RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES

Wrong Product/Shipping Damages:

Despite our careful packaging, there may be instances where the product might be damaged during shipping. In such cases, please follow the steps below. Any damage during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

When can I return/replace the product for free?

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Shipping damage - physical damage or tampered product
  3. Incomplete order with missing products

How do I initiate the return/replacement of the product:

  1. Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery if you have received a wrong or damaged product. Ensure to include pictures and videos of the damaged/wrong product and email them to our support email id.
  2. Our support team will get back to you within 48 working hours with further instructions.
  3. After verification, we will arrange a pickup for the damaged product.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 5 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long does the refund procedure take?

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product back to us at the address mentioned on the package. We will reimburse courier charges in cases of manufacturing defects only.

We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 5 days later.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Note

We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating refund. Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone and also to Zaav.io
